T-Mobile approached The Marketing Store with a request to develop a consumer loyalty program that actually makes them worthwhile for customers. Our solution: T-Mobile Tuesdays - a mobile app available to anyone with T-Mobile. It’s our way of saying “thanks” to our subscribers by giving out exclusive gifts and chances to win once-in-a-lifetime prizes from top-notch partners. In short, we’re giving away free stuff every Tuesday to our customers—with no strings, no hoops and no bullshit. Partnerships with brands like Domino's, Lyft and Vudu are set up on a weekly basis as the free incentives. Larger partnerships with Warner Brothers, MLB and Pokémon exist from week to week as the "prizes" to win through a series of games developed in house.
Upon launch (May 2016) the T-Mobile Tuesday App was in the top five free downloaded apps for three weeks running. Since then, the program had huge numbers - 14MM+ app downloads, 103+ MM participants, 51+ MM in app redemptions, 45+ B social impressions, #1 in App Store.
